Faulty item ordered in store returned - also same product in store was impurfect. Shame but I will keep checking to see if better items are available in store.

I was embarrassed when I presented the necklace as a gift because the pearl that was the centerpiece was loose in the package, having fallen out of its mounting. I wanted to return it, but she encouraged me to repair it instead. So I did, with tweezers and Super Glue. I had hoped for better quality...

I bought a gift in store, which I picked off the display shelf. The service was acceptable and the assistant wrapped it carefully in tissue. When I got home, away from the bright lights, I thought it was a little "shop soiled" as an ex-display item. My view was enforced when I later ordered another online, for a different recipient (different initial) and it arrived looking very fresh looking still in its original wrapping. With hindsight, had I taken more notice of the presentation before purchase, I would have asked for one from stock, on the other hand, perfect service would have been to see this and offer one from stock.

The store itself was great and staff were very friendly. I really liked the gin glasses I bought however they were originally chipped so I had to get the exchanged and the replacement glasses had some quite big marks on the inside from where I think the ‘frosted effect’ hadn’t fully worked. This was a real shame as I got them as a gift and had to return them and in the end the person I was gifting them to said they didn’t want to have to go through the fuss of changing them again and potentially get another more faulty product.

I really love Oliver Bonas ornaments but after purchasing this bath mat it has shocked me not even use of proper 2 weeks it has faded and became really rough. I had to put it away it was just waste of my money.

The material of the lanyard is incredibly itchy and rough on the edges. Not at all suitable for wearing around the neck.

I ordered this online as a birthday gift for a friend. There was nothing on the check out of the website to let me inform the company that this was a gift. No gift option given at all. I made the purchase, then immediately emailed customer service to let the company know this was a gift and to ask if I could write a message and hide the price. No one replied for over 24hours at which point the necklace was already dispatched. When someone did get in touch, it was too late to change the order. I was really disappointed as the person receiving it didn’t know who it was from but did know how much it cost. I wasn’t offered any follow-up. It was a disappointing experience overall

the leg of the glass is not symmetry. one of lenses alway attaches my eye. I would say don't buy it online. Maybe the shop is better

I was dissapointed with the necklace the stone looks faded and not sure re the chain arrangement? it is for a gift so I hope the recipient is more happy than I am!

Style over substance and poor value for money. Reluctantly I have kept this as the colours are pretty and perfectly coordinate with the bedroom plus I need a bedspread, but I am not impressed by the quality. The cream cotton calico is thin and loosely woven and looks cheap. The patchwork joins are visible through the calico and I am not convinced that the calico will wash without shrinking. Also unlike the original product, this is not made from offcuts. I bought a lamp at the same time which is also style over substance and poor value for money, so probably won't choose Oliver Bonas again.

My experience was online - not in-store - and it was not great as the parcel was lost in transit. Nobody contacted me about it. When I chased up my order, the item was out of stock and little was done to attempt to locate a suitable replacement. I eventually had a refund with a voucher as a small measure of goodwill. I found the trousers myself from a different retailer.
