The website is ok but I haven’t received my items Evri saying there’s a problem and I have been to the place to collect the parcel and hadn’t arrived and then when tracking it saying not delivered

This order was ordered and paid for, but Oliver Bonas delivered empty boxes, tried to say it was Evri but empty box was sealed! When I contacted customer service and wanted to reorder was told most out of stock, was refunded but no apology.

The online order process was good but the delivery was awful. I paid for next day delivery postage and never received my order. I had to call Oliver Bonas customer service twice after waiting for more than two weeks for my order. They use Evri as courier service. Appalling service. The first customer service I spoke to was unpleasant and didnt show any sympathy to the inconvenience that this has caused. I will never purchase anything from Oliver bonas online again

I never received my order !! In spite of Evri sending me 8 messages to say it was ready to collect from my chosen store it wasn’t actually there . Eventually after many messages to Oliver Bonas I received a refund. Very disappointing

Experience online and in store OK. My problem us spending £70 on a Top that pulls really bad. I was on a special outing and it spoilt my night as I had to hide the pulls in my top that happened as soon as I took my jacket off. Will I shop again at Oliver Bonas . NO

Really disappointing I live in Kent my mother lives in Norfolk, I ordered a few bits as a Mother’s Day gift to be delivered directly to her.. unfortunately they use Evri.. it was delivered to another address infact chucked over a really high price all by the looks of the picture! Didn’t get any where with company or courier!!

Atrocious. I ordered five items for birthday presents for my sister and niece. They did not arrive. I emailed you and you said they were lost. You said you would send replacements with express delivery. They did not arrive. I complained. You declared these lost too and refunded me. I missed my sister's birthday. I will never order from you again. You have permanently lost a customer and I will advise friends in future to order from John Lewis instead. Do you read reviews?
