I ordered the above bag for my partner. It arrived damaged so was sent back. We tried to reorder and were told it was sold out. I was in London and sent to 2 stores who had the bag in stock, they didn’t. I finally made it Finchley who had 1 bag left. Travelled on the tube for 2 hours to get this. Nightmare

I ordered this for Valentine’s Day card but it was delivered so late I couldn’t use it. So late in fact I emailed the customer complains email address to say I wanted a refund as it had not turned up. I have not heard from them to this day, and the card turned up around 10 days after ordering it. Disappointed and a waste of money

I returned the clothes 5 days ago and I still haven't got the money back on my account. Absolutely rubbish. No other brand takes this long when it comes to store returns. Still waiting!

I would've loved to write a review based on actually being in receipt of my order but, sadly, I never got it. I ordered click and collect, and got an email to tell me I had until 31 January to collect from store. I even called the store on the day I planned to collect to ask if my partner could collect it on my behalf. The staff member confirmed so my partner travelled there especially, only to be told on arrival that the order wasn't actually in store and had likely been sent back to the warehouse (prior to the date I had been provided). I contacted customer service and they just issued a refund on the basis the items had sold out and could not be reordered. I received no credit or compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience and the disappointment of losing out on the items through no fault of my own, which I think is extremely poor given the time, effort and money wasted on trying to collect it.

Office staff lovely however chair i ordered came damaged with dirty looking rattan and splits nin legs..arranged a replacement chair but had same problems, so asked for money back..

The website was good, delivery service was very poor ! As part of the delivery , the delivery man was suppose to drop the item up to our apt (using the lift) he didn’t , we had to collect it from the road.

Not good - the trousers were lost by the courier and whilst the customer service team tried to locate a pair, they were then out of stock. This was frustrating as they had been in stock online but customer services clearly didn’t act quick enough. Less than impressed that you use Evri as couriers and no goodwill discount off of a future order - sadly unimpressed.

Zero score. Glasses had bubbles, chips and dust blown into glass. OB were unable to replace as they ran out of stock.
