Office staff lovely however chair i ordered came damaged with dirty looking rattan and splits nin legs..arranged a replacement chair but had same problems, so asked for money back..

The website was good, delivery service was very poor ! As part of the delivery , the delivery man was suppose to drop the item up to our apt (using the lift) he didn’t , we had to collect it from the road.

Not good - the trousers were lost by the courier and whilst the customer service team tried to locate a pair, they were then out of stock. This was frustrating as they had been in stock online but customer services clearly didn’t act quick enough. Less than impressed that you use Evri as couriers and no goodwill discount off of a future order - sadly unimpressed.

Zero score. Glasses had bubbles, chips and dust blown into glass. OB were unable to replace as they ran out of stock.

Ordered item for Birthday present. Was lost by courier or OB after several days. Whole story sounded very shady. Paid extra for express shipping also. OB staff were helpful though and have been reimbursed eventually. Never really explained what happened.

Dress was too long so returned. Returned on 10.1 24 , no refund. Contacted online chat 25.1.24 and said to wait for 2 weeks. Still nothing. Have proof this was returned so very unhappy with customer service!!

I ordered this gift with extra cost for delivery in time for my firiend's birthday on 30 Dec. Despite confirmation of the order and receipt by Evri there was an issue (still not sure what) and the present was never received and neither was my full refund (except for the speedy delivery charge) as requested twice. Very disaapointed.

Visited your Exeter store today. The stock looks lovely but the stores flow seems disjointed. However I waited at the till point for 5 minutes for a member of staff to notice me. One member of staff put stock out on an open display in direct sightline if the till during this time yet returned to chat with another member of staff away rather than serving. Another member of staff came over and did apologise for my wait but this level of service compared to the price point paid was bad. Surely a paying customer takes precedence over putting stock out!

I’m not sure why I’ve been asked to review this product as I didn’t ever receive it and after weeks of waiting, to add insult to injury I had to send a copy of my bank statement to prove I’d paid for it. The whole process was ridiculous. I ordered from Amazon and it arrived the next day! Won’t bother buying from here again, too much hassle.
