Atrocious. I ordered five items for birthday presents for my sister and niece. They did not arrive. I emailed you and you said they were lost. You said you would send replacements with express delivery. They did not arrive. I complained. You declared these lost too and refunded me. I missed my sister's birthday. I will never order from you again. You have permanently lost a customer and I will advise friends in future to order from John Lewis instead. Do you read reviews?

I soo wanted this bag so treated myself but after two uses the metallic started coming away from the handles. I reluctantly sent it back as i loved it. First otem i have ever had to return

Fine, but I still haven’t received my item! The store that I ordered my parcel to for collection sent it back early and Evri have been promising to redeliver since.

Unfortunately my delivery never arrived and I had to cancel my order. Evri were the fault here not Oliver Bonas.

Easy enough to order and return. Had an issue using a gift card I was issues as I was wrongly sent one in pounds not euros.

I ordered the above bag for my partner. It arrived damaged so was sent back. We tried to reorder and were told it was sold out. I was in London and sent to 2 stores who had the bag in stock, they didn’t. I finally made it Finchley who had 1 bag left. Travelled on the tube for 2 hours to get this. Nightmare

I ordered this for Valentine’s Day card but it was delivered so late I couldn’t use it. So late in fact I emailed the customer complains email address to say I wanted a refund as it had not turned up. I have not heard from them to this day, and the card turned up around 10 days after ordering it. Disappointed and a waste of money
