I am giving this one star because of the quality of the scarf. It excessively sheds its wool and ruins the other garments it is worn with. I am too late to return the scarf but I was very disappointed with the quality.

We had nothing but issues trying to get these lights. Between Oliver Bonas and Evri we had constant issues. One arrived without the glass part. The lights (now we have them) are lovely but I won’t be using Oliver Bonas again if they continue to use Evri or their current warehouse.

The mat, although lovely, arrived looking as if it had been used before. As a regular OB customer, I was very disappointed with this level of service for items within home/furniture. I will stick to ordering only earrings/accessories for the foreseeable future.

I'm unsure how to start, but since I brough a few items including "Butterfly Hair clip" from this store and really liked them, I returned the next day wearing the hair clip I bought there. However, as I was about to leave the store, one of the staff stopped me and inquired about my hair clip. It made me feel accused of stealing, as if wearing anything bought from the shop and then entering would automatically label me as a thief. It was very disrespectful.

6 lamp bases so far are either dented, corroded and/or scratched. Customer Service are responsive, helpful & take action in the main, however this is not acceptable, 1, or 2 is a mistake I can deal with. Above that is unacceptable quality control

Ordered some earrings for my sisters birthday. The pictures looked really nice and exactly what I was looking for. But when they arrived they looked cheap and rubbish, just in some cardboard with a plastic package, looked like something from Claire’s! Was not very happy as they cost £80. Not value for money at all, would not shop here again.

I fell in love with a dress in store. They were so helpful as my size was out of stock. They ordered it for me and it was due within 2/3 days. Unfortunately it never showed up. OB were helpful and refunded me, it’s just a shame as the dress was then out of stock altogether.

watch out the delivery company is a nightmare. Dumped the chair in the hallway because didn’t have time to manoeuvre it into the bedroom and left all the cardboard on the front garden for me to find later. Disappointing service.

The website is ok but I haven’t received my items Evri saying there’s a problem and I have been to the place to collect the parcel and hadn’t arrived and then when tracking it saying not delivered

This order was ordered and paid for, but Oliver Bonas delivered empty boxes, tried to say it was Evri but empty box was sealed! When I contacted customer service and wanted to reorder was told most out of stock, was refunded but no apology.
