I didn't receive this necklace there were issues with the delivery I was too several times it was Evri but I thought they could send it another way, but I ended up with a full refund and must say I was very disappointed with the service.

I think your delivery charge for an in store delivery (which you only stock online) is a money making scheme

Paid extra for next day delivery. Package didn't arrive so had to go into store and buy the product. Waste of time.

Very pretty, but poor quality. I bought one and had to get a replacement, but then the replacement also broke. The threads aren’t strong so you can’t put anything in the bag without it breaking.

Disappointing, I ordered a gift for Father’s Day and it arrived defective, there was no time to return and re order it again. Baffled how it passed a quality check.

Unfortunately I never received the bag. I believe it was ‘lost in transit’ once transferred to Evri. And there were none left for me to receive a replacement.

I received my Puffy green Cross body bag, which I could not wait to use and I could not believe on 3rd day a rip inside the bag where the 2 zips meet . I loved my other items ordered.Though dissapointed with this problem with my 1st order . My other little teal cross body bag is fabulous. Sorry for the 1 🌟 Would have been 5 otherwise.

Very positive with attentive staff, found a top I loved but didn’t have my size so they ordered me one that was, I came in next day & tried it on-very happy with it and also tried on and bought another top too!

In store ordering was fab but collection of my order wasn’t, was completely ignored whilst the assistant on the checkout was having a full on conversation about old school days with the customer who I might add had already been served but was still stood ages chatting and ignoring me completely. Very unprofessional behaviour !

I ordered online and requested the item delivered to my local post office. I have not received this item so can only imagine what it might be like to use it. It was apparently delivered to my local post office but I did not receive anything to say it got there and the post office staff deny ever receiving it. I am currently waiting for a response from OB to my request for a refund given I did not actually receive the item and have been asked to return to the post office to ask again (I’ve been there 3 times asking for it, have no proof it was delivered there bar a squiggle OB sent me that is supposed to be a signature of receipt). Given I obviously did not receive it I would really appreciate a refund asap. Don’t recommend delivery to a pickup point, the tracking is inadequate and delivery clearly insecure. No idea where my item is
