“I ordered online for click and collect at a store. The process was all straightforward but I was never notified of when the items had arrived in store to be collected. So waited over a week and had to get in touch to find out what was going on. The products are great, but the click and collect service was dissapointing as I then had to go in on an additional day (rather than the one I had picked)”

“This top was well made and very pretty , but looked ridiculous on my 5ft 1 in frame as the sleeves were enormous!! Looked like I would be able to fly with them Totally out of proportion with the blouse Okay for a catwalk , but can’t imagine many ordinary people wanting to wear it.”

“I ordered the bangle as a 30th birthday present for my sons partner as a surprise gift. I ordered online and received the item within a few days which was good service. I was bitterly disappointed when the bangle arrived with no labels, no box etc and looked like it had just come from someone’s wrist! I could not return the bangle as her birthday was imminent and I had no time to purchase another gift. The bangle cost nearly £50 for what I can only describe as a piece of costume jewellery that you could pick up in a traders market. Needless to say I won’t be purchasing again. If you want to be high end, please get the little things right, presentation of gifts is really key, and had the bangle arrived packaged properly you would have had a returning customer ( despite the bangle being over priced) and a five star rating. Thanks”
