From 2 orders including 7 items i only received 3 items. All the others, i am told are now out of stock. As this was two separate orders i can't imagine im the only one this has happened to. Im very disappointed as these were presents and i am unable to replace them now. Absolutely gutted and dont think you should be allowed to order, pay for and wait for items that are out of stock. Very unorganised and unfair. Doesn't give me much confidence to order again.

Very very poor I never received my order and as it was a gift card I used to buy it never got a refund so no bag and no refund rubbish would not order from OB again

Good afternoon, I would love to give a positive review as i absolutely love Oliver Bonas. But unfortunately this gift for a friends birthday has already broken. The Handle has fallen off the jigger and can no longer sit on the stand. Thankyou

Completely the wrong thing; I wanted a simple page-per-day A6 pocket diary. I’ve got a page-per-week booklet with a load of environmental content I already know. Am returning the original to OB.

I would love to review this product properly but as it still hasn’t arrived after a decent time and after the promised date. I can’t. I’m cross about the lack of communication and the appalling service. Don’t bother with this company
