Whilst delivery, packaging and returns process were excellent, the quality of the products were not. I love the designs of Oliver Bonas jewellery but it is very poor quality. I have had necklaces in the past from OB which I love but they always break. Even buying it in the sale at rock bottom prices is not worth it. I have now learnt my lesson! I ordered 2 necklaces. One I was going to keep as it was only £6 and nice, but I wore it for 3 hours and it just broke and fell off my neck. The other necklace looked very nice but was very poorly made - jagged in an unfinished rather than a deliberate way and would catch on things, so after initially thinking I would keep that, it went back with the broken necklace. The return was easy and refund was paid very quickly.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a product 28 days ago and it has been stuck in tracking for 25 of those days. Twice now I've contacted Oliver Bonas for a refund or additional information and have been provided with essentially nothing. The agents I have spoken to have tried to blame covid and brexit for the issues presented, however having ordered other items from all over the world in the time I have been waiting for this, I have had no other such problems. Absolutely furious at this company refusal to return my funds for a product that looks like it will never arrive. STRONGLY advise against shopping with this company.

I ordered this 9 days ago and was asked to write a review yesterday. My order still hasn't arrived. No responses from Oliver Bonas when I query just a canned reply. Other companies have delivered to me days after the OB order. I doubt I ll order again from this company as my questions about where the order is go unanswered.

Returned gift box and contents as gift box arrived bashed. Outside box was also bashed so might like to take this up with Hermes. Returned earrings and gift box on 18:1.21 and have not heard if you have received them as yet.

Teacup arrived smashed, after speaking to an advisor I was told it would be immediately resolved as they were for a gift, however after 24 hours I was handed over to another advisor who informed me they didn’t have the correct colour replacement for the broken cup, yet when I checked online there was seven sets available. I had to ask for new cups to be shipped and was told if that was the case I would have to travel myself to a post office to ship back the original broken set after they had seen proof they arrived smashed, during a lockdown. Really disappointing service.

This isn't the service we expect so I can only apologise for the mix up and trouble. If the set is broken, we wouldn't normally ask for it to be sent back, regardless if the replacement was a different item. As long as have pictures this should be fine. Thank you, Team OB

Terrible!! When i ordered it (along with about 8 other items) it said ‘ in stock’ i paid and then week later get email almost all my order suddenly ‘out of stock’. Annoyed i wasted my time browsing picking things out. Oliver Bonas - Time waster. Won’t do it again!!

I ordered many items from the sale - later after I had paid I was informed that the majority were no longer available. There was no indication of this on the web page - is this a way of getting cash in before refunding the money you owe me.? This was the first and last time I have shopped with Oliver Bonas
