Waste of time ordering these- ordered before Xmas as a gift. Website stated order in so many hours to receive before Xmas- which I did. Arrived on 29th December. Now have the faff of returning them and somebody was a gift down! First and last time trusting Oliver Bonas online service.

First plant arrived smashed to pieces.Took so long to get through on the phone but eventually did. Reordered pot and second one arrived smashed. Wouldn’t bother again

I spent time searching online to buy this from an Irish company, firstly to support Irish and also to avoid any hassle with Brexit and postage. Despite this it's been 2 weeks with no movement on my package and no response from customer service. I won't be bothering with OB again. I could have gotten the same product cheaper from a co.uk company and would have had to wait for the delayed postage anyway. So I paid extra for absolutely no reason.

Disappointing, after taking the item out of the box I can see it had already been opened and smelt off, as it has been made with natural products it doesn’t last long after opening... very disappointing to receive.

Belt is useless doesn't fit into any of the loops on my jeans or trousers. I got it.through one and the belt ripped and has unravelled

I bought this as a gift along with a gift box. It arrived already in the gift box which I couldn’t open without damaging so I have no idea what is in the gift box. Very disappointing.

I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews but as OB have asked me to review this even though they know I’m not happy with the product I will do just that. I was really disappointed with this product, I had bought two a few months ago which were of high quality however this one varies significantly from the photo in both size and colour. Not the usual OB standard unfortunately.

I am unable to write a review as I did not receive this item. I placed an order, which was accepted and was later sent an email that this item....and 15 others that I had ordered were out of stock and was advised of a refund within 5 day. Very disappointed but this poor service.
