“I saw this in store and thought too expensive, but loved the colour, then went online and it was in a sale that day. Unclear why it didnt say in store. Fortunately i ordered to a local food store for reduced shipping”

“I love OB stock, stores and staff, but your returns process is unnecessarily onerous. It took 3 trips to finally be able to return my stuff due to policies which cannot be legal requirements because other stores don’t operate them. Easy returns is part of shopping these days, I will avoid buying from OB until this improves.”
