“Awful! My experience, ordered item & paid extra for next day delivery. 3 days later still nothing. Phoned they refunded my delivery charge & reordered item to arrive next day again. This was supposed to be a present. The next day came and still nothing not even acknowledgement from carrier. Phoned again They would put another not on system. I cancelled it the end.”

“The necklace was poorly packaged and arrived lose in the box and the chain is knotted. Frustrating as I paid next day delivery to gift to someone which I was u able to do as the necklace is damaged.”
