“Item arrived in poor condition, no option to return for a replacement, instead I would have to return the item (and receive a refund minus the postage amount) and re order the item and pay postage again. Not good enough”

“Both were delightful...untill...evri !!! I paid for a next day delivery as i wanted my trousers for a big party on Saturday..I am sat here on Sunday and evri did NOT deliver my parcel. They just said they would look into it. I am so annoyed with them. They do have a terrible reputation”
