Bracelet is ridiculously small & this should have been stated on the item description ! only suitable for a small child

I ordered online for collection expecting item to be in store within 3 days which is poor by comparison to competitors. The item didn't arrive on the date expected and as it was a birthday gift was no longer required. To be fair the staff in store could not have been more friendly or helpful. The item eventually arrived in store a week after it was supposed to be. Very disappointing.

Terrible experience i have ever had in online shopping. I placed an order but this earinsmgs were not delivered. I called customer service and heard that the item is out of stock and thats why i did not received even though i paid for it. So.... bad experience....

So the first pair I received arrived broken with a piece missing very annoying. Oliver Bonus promised a next day delivery as they were for a special occasion the next day sadly they didn't arrive. Let down by warehouse on both occasions firstly by packing a broken set with missing part, secondly failing to see next day delivery was selected for replacement pair. I wasn't going to bother but they offered me a £5 gift card so I reordered. They are nice earrings, look better in real life but the hassle and incompetence of warehouse has put me off as it is the first time I have used Oliver Bonas.
