I always had a positive experience with Oliver Bonas. However, this last purchase was a complete disappointment. Considering the price, I was expecting that my purchase would last longer than 3 weeks.

Seriously overpriced and pretentious with really really bad staff. It's quite shocking how self absorbed they are. Definitely prefer to buy online instead of instore to avoid such unpleasantness. No style, no substance, just hugely inflated prices that are not competitive with the rest of the market. The dress I'd asked the shop assistant to order for me was not even the correct dress. Well done. Great customer service... What a waste of time. Shame

I ordered a bag which arrived covered in single-use plastic sheets… I find it shocking that a brand like Oliver Bonas is still using highly polluting material when it is completely unnecessary.

Thank you for the feedback Sophie. The design and buying teams are working to reduce plastic packaging on products wherever they can. Our online order packages are now as plastic-free as possible. We use paper void filler and all our mailout bags and boxes are now fully recyclable and made from recycled paper or cardboard. Loved the bag, it’s a great size BUT it broke on the second use. The magnet clip slip down to the bottom of the bag so now the clasp doesn’t close. I tried to call the helpline to discuss but I was told it could only be dealt with over email. Very frustrating.

I asked for a refund, as I asked for next day delivery two weeks after the birthday it arrived. Have rejected the couriers 3 times now with the same parcel, will definitely NOT order with you again

Package arrived in a poor state. Clearly a previous return and no real effort to package carefully or nicely for new customer. Unfortunately post office have lost package on return. Still waiting :(

Now that Oliver Bonas is one off the few stores doing extremely well I think its customer care is lost. I returned an item by post and mistakenly put my saving book containing money in the parcel. When I informed OB about the situation I was sent an email greeting me with hey, no saving book found and the item I return as now been sold.

Very disappointed with this bag. It hasn't got any structure to it. Its very soft and floppy which doesn't look good when your wearing it ☹️
