I had been looking at these earrings for a little while and when I saw that they were on offer I decided to purchase them. So glad that I didn’t pay full price for them. They looked really cheap and the posts were very thick so did not fit into the ear comfortably. I will not wear them so this was a disappointing purchase for me!

I'm very disappointed in these mugs...they really burn your hands if you have a hot drink in them ..like tea...they should have been insulated. The colour is lovely but I wouldn't recommend for hot drinks...the handle of one of them also came away which was very dangerous...so they went in the bin..sorry OB you need to do better

item was for an exchange delivery is very very slow here we are 19th May and was supposed to be despatched on 12th May I find delivery of items unacceptable how much longer do i wait for delivery

Awful . Expected more from this shop. Do not recommend, earrings or shop. Will not buy anything from here again.

Why oh why can you not just give receipts? Why do I have to give my email address? This is an invasion of my privacy! To make matters worse the young assistance couldn't get my name right and I spent 10 minutes spelling out my email address! Very frustrating when you are in a hurry!

Both sets of earring were broken. The stem that goes through the ears had been snapped on one set and squashed to flat on the other set. Really disappointed, better packaging could have prevented this from happening. I won't be shopping with OB again.

Awful quality, lasted about 1 month before the zips broke on both the main and front compartments. Asked for a refund and was told I had to have a replacement.

I was very disappointed with these earrings for the price paid (£32) I expected much better quality. They photograph well but in reality are very plasticky and cheap looking. I would not recommend.

Sadly this dress was awful. It was like a crumpled rag for starters on delivery and nothing like a size 10- huge with billowing sleeves. So, so disappointing. Immediately returned.

So excited when they arrive. After using a couple of times. One mug cracked. I contacted them. They said take a picture. It was impossible as mug was very narrow at top 🙁

Very pleased with the hair slide when it arrived but unfortunately only used it on 4 occasions before it broke, which given the price plus the postage I had paid was very disappointing. Will think twice before I order any more products from the company.

(Necklace)The chain broke within two weeks of wearing . I repaired the first time with tieing the chain together with a little cotton , then it snapped in a complete different area. So within three weeks the chain broke in two places. I absolutely loved it, wore it everyday but took off for bed and bathing. Gutted it broke but I wont repurchase. (Earnings) I wear everyday no issue. A little flimsy but they were cheap
