Very disappointed by the clasp, which isn’t attached very well and feels as thought it will pull off at any moment. Only used my bag once.

I recently bought two sets of earings and bracelets. Like the designs, but they look cheap, definitely not worth the money. Won't do it again.

Hi, love this bag but 2 days after I received it, one side of the handle stitching completely perished and the handle broke away entirely. I contacted customer services who refunded me the cost and I’ve been able to fix the bag myself but it made me question a quality brand I’ve always loved.. hopefully this was an isolated incident! 🙂

I ordered a gift card & was extremely disappointed to see it was delivered in a huge box with lots of excess packaging. The gift card was tiny (smaller than a normal credit card ) and in a cheap clear envelope. Not at all what you would expect. Very disappointed

So disappointed with this product. I put it in my study and it was ok for a few days. Then a couple of days ago, it leaked. All over my papers and on the floor. The door was properly closed and it was plugged in. So just a fault.

Can’t give any stars. I ordered an item on 26th June and a few days later you told me it was on its way. When it hadn’t arrived by 7th July I contacted your helpline by WhatsApp. I was asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement and I asked for a replacement. I still haven’t received my order. I will ask for a refund. Poor service.

Very disappointed as the earrings were both damaged when my daughter opened them for her birthday today. I have complained to Customer Services & have been assured you will send a replacement. The original was very poorly packaged so I hope the replacement will be delivered in good packaging. Thank you.

I ordered this item in plenty of time for an event I was attending. I received an email advising it was ready for collection, however, when I went to collect, Store was closed with a note on the door advising this was due to 'unforeseen circumstances ' and would be closed for 3 days. There was a number for Head Office to call. The following day I received another email reminding me to collect my order! I telephoned Head Office and was informed they were not aware the Store was closed and to pick up my order when they reopened. Head Office did not ask my name, order number and were not interested when I advised that I would not receive my order in time for the event it was purchased for. When I eventually picked up my order the assistant at the Store was equally disinterested. Such a shame as I love the quality of Oliver Bonas clothes but definitely not a lover of Oliver Bonas Customer Service!

These are on the large side and look more like a tea light than a glass. Looks quite cheap tbh

I thought the fabric of the dress I ordered was very poor quality at any price - but in fact the dress was not a cheap one.

I had waited a while for these earrings to come back into stock, but unfortunately the first time I wore them the back pin came off. I returned them and they refunded my money straight away. However I would not bother buying again.
