I bought one of these along with two of the Bobble Blue & Clear Glass Watering Globe Medium and all three had a tiny hole! Despite being very well wrapped, one of the coloured polka dots had come off on each of them creating a hole and making them unusable... A shame as they are beautiful. I wouldn't recommend them as I think that this is a design fault.

Unfortunately the 1st bulb I ordered had an imperfection in the glass and the replacement bulb arrived broken. I returned this 2nd bulb but never received an acknowledgment or refund.

First set of tables delivered were faulty as the tables are meant to be gold but mine was silver and gold and so was the second redelivery. In the end I returned it and asked for a refund.

Atrocious!!! I still have not received this item. I placed an order and it went missing with Hermes, the order was disputed again, however I have still not received anything even though the replacement was sent out on 28th May. Order number: 1002766673 Can I please have a refund. Very disappointing service, perhaps you should consider reviewing your delivery service because its clearly not working. Response: Goodness so sorry that you're having to through such bother with getting your order. I've just had a look into your new order and it seems there was a delay which is why it hasn't arrived with you. ​ I'm really sorry about this, I've since created a webform with Hermes so that this can be investigated. ​ I'll be in touch with you once they've got back to me - If you haven't heard from me by Friday please drop me an email so I can look into this again for you. I originally ordered the item on 17th May and so I don't think the above is adequate in a response as you have taken my money and I have nothing to show for it. I have been an OB customer for a long time and regularly purchased but this is terrible - I suggest you speak with Hermes about the dire service they are providing your customers.

Wood came and it was a completely different shade than it was in the photo, looked like a dark mahogany wood.

I ordered online 2 pairs of silver earrings, saw them on the TV drama Keeping Faith. They arrived with the posts completely bent and hardly any weight in the earrings. I took both pairs back for a refund, no apology. Hugely disappointed as were for birthday gifts. Will never order online again

I normally buy cheap rings but was sick of them tarnishing, so decided to pay more and get some nice ones from Olivia Bonas. super disappointed that they tarnished so quickly despite the price

Ordered 3 things for my friends birthday but nothing arrived. Chased order. Apparently it had been returned to Oliver Bonas by courier (?why). When asked for products to be re-sent was told main product was out of stock. If I had not chased order I would have lost my money as no communication was sent to me. Very disappointed.

The neck lining was so tight, that the first time I tried to put it on, the circular part broke when it went over my head, leaving huge holes just underneath the turtle neck. Not great... I like to be able to get tops over my head!
