The dress is lovely but I bought the incorrect size twice because of misleading advice on the website about ordering bigger for the right ‘look’. You should just go for your normal size and possibly an 8 if you’re an 8-10. The size 6 model is bizarrely dressed in a size 14, hence my confusion! Gorgeous dress though, and really unusual colour combination.

Living in ROI and was trying to purchase online but it would not accept ROI as a delivery location. I tried several times but error message kept coming up saying it couldnt deliver to Rep of IRL. I ended up onto customer service help desk where i was told to use shop address in UK, complete my order and then advise them of order no and they would amend the delivery address on their system to correct postal address. They were brilliant in fairness to them but i shouldn't have to do this as an ROI customer. I bought chain and earrings which are fabulous and i cant wait to wear them. So; customer service was top class, items top class, price reasonable, quality brilliant but IT systems are letting you down.

Unfortuately I received an email to say the dress I ordered was now out of stock. So disappointing being able to order it online then wait to be told you are not receiving it. I received a refund but £5 was put on an oliver bonas gift card which was a bit frustrating.

The jumpsuit was lovely and arrived in good time but sadly was too big all over so I returned to the shop and bought a beautiful jumper instead. Love OB!

Easy to use website, earrings are lovely. However, earrings arrived with one post bent and the back of the earring off. I tried to straighten the post but the back is too big for it.

The website is very easy to browse through, orders simple to make and quick to deliver. However, have only given three stars as this is the third time an item ordered online from Oliver Bonas arrived damaged.

The store in MK was very helpful as I need to exchange an online purchase for a different size. This jumper however has worn very badly - the wool very quickly rubbed up and not to the standard if that I would have expected.

The website is great and the chest of drawers is gorgeous but the shipping experience was chaotic and really could do with improvement. I ordered 2 and only one turned up. They couldn’t reorder because of a technical problem, so if had to be refunded and ordered again but because it was on offer it wasn’t straightforward. It took several call to customer service to resolve and wasn’t a great experience overall. The actually delivery company seemed good and it was fairly easy to communicate with them and arrange delivery days and times although a phone number would be good.
