“For some reason I had trouble adding to basket and making payment on my phone. When I phoned your Waterloo store, the shop assistant asked me to repeat everything I said at least three times, but when I spoke to the manager she could hear me fine and was able to help. I was simply asking if in stock there.”

“Lovely Islington store. Bought the pink boucle bomber jacket, which is lush, but has bobbled all over the place, needs constant trimming and the gold cuff has also started to get snags hanging off it. Such a shame as it's a really lovely item.”

“Love the colour and style of my red cardigan, received lots of compliments when wearing but expensive for recycled material, has a tendency to fluff especially on sleeves and side seams so needs de-fluffing after every wear which is disappointing and time consuming. First purchase from OB not sure I would risk buying anything other than natural materials again unfortunately”

“Had to get a refund for this item as the sewing underneath was faulty. So lost out on birthday reduction. Didn't risk a replacement as it was probably reduced for this reason. I later went into store and saw the same problem so glad l didn't ask for a replacement.”

“Store and website are both lovely. I bought a necklace for my sister for her birthday - it’s perfect! Nice quality and great design. Only negative is that I also purchased the suggested gift box, which was too small for the gift.”

“Staff member found out price of a vase quickly and got us the box for it, she was very helpful. Unfortunately the store didn’t have bags big enough to fit the box in, so it was extremely difficult to carry on with our day around Manchester carrying a huge box - quite disappointed with this really”
