“The payment using an e gift card kept failing however I live chatted with the customer service team and they tried to help as best they could. In the end I had to pay in a different way and worked it out myself. Loved my earrings, great matt finish”

“The website was easy to navigate and the user journey clear. I was shopping the sale section specifically and I like that you can filter by size to avoid dissapointment. I returned the trousers in store as did not want to pay for the return postage when I already had to pay for them to be delivered.”

“I regularly buy from Oliver Bonas both online and instore and love the products, keeping up to date with the newsletters etc. I bought an item instore yesterday and was so disappointed to see it half price in my newsletter email this morning! I am tempted to return it but wanted it for an event this afternoon so am loathe to do so, and don't have the time. A pre-sale for regular customers would be great....I don't have a big clothes budget and think carefully, preferring to buy a few quality items rather than throwaway fashion, so am actually nearly in tears here.”

“Hello beautiful team! I have been couple of times at your stores and always have wonderful experience:) I feel acknowledged by your team and of course it’s always pleasure to be surrounded by beautiful things which you have a lot ;) But unfortunately I have not good experience with my very first online purchase. I ordered stunning floor lamp but it came out that it was defective. Customer service did great job with supporting me with this purchase but it took be good 3 weeks to order, return, waiting for compensation and reorder other things from you. This time I would rather spend in more captivating and meaningful things. In general my experience is good with you and I love your brand and your philosophy but I would like your team to pay more attention with items that you’re delivering to your clients. Double check won’t hurt ;) Wish you all the best and a fantastic week ahead!”

“Extortionate delivery / click & collect prices - charged £2.50 just to collect from Oliver Bonas store. Totally out of keeping with other retailers. Had it not been that I was buying a specific present requested by someone, I would have shopped elsewhere.”

“I ordered this mirror twice because I loved it and it was the perfect fit for my powder room. Both orders were delivered by Evri and both orders were delivered damaged! We returned each mirror to the Cardiff City Centre store, the girls in the store were lovely and tried their best to get a mirror delivered in one piece. Sadly it wasn't possible and I had to find a different mirror. The new mirror was delivered via the post office and arrived in perfect condition.”
