“Was difficult to find the hat on website, had to put in different searches”

“Very good, easy to navigate website. Returns good via Royal Mail but using Evri I had to chase up return, though the response was quick and efficient. Also using Evri I had to print up a label.. not always convenient. Royal Mail returns in this instance much more straightforward. It is excellent though that Oliver Bonas include a delivery note. This is helpful for customers.”

“I have always loved the Aberdeen store, I only wish it was bigger and perhaps in another location as the Aberdeen shopping scene has changed due to a lot of high end chain closures.”
