The peoduct was really nice. What has let this down is using Evri as a company. They left the delivery in the street. It could have got stolen. Luckly it didnt get stolen. They are rubbish. Get rid of them.

Not great - waited at counter to be served while staff ignored me and carried on working at their stations wrapping what looked like orders to be collected. They did apologise however.

The colour is quite bad on this , not the same as you see in the image unfortuantley! But then I had to go to store to return and ... got to browse the amazing stuff!

The website was easy to negotiate and once I’d decided on which of the lovely things I wanted to give as a present it was straightforward to proceed to payment and then delivery options. The problem arose when having chosen next day delivery the present wasn’t actually delivered until three days later! This was despite paying extra for next day delivery and even receiving messages about arrival times!

Ordered wrong size trousers drove 80 mile round trip to get correct size for an occasion. Sadly after first wear the fabric has started to frey on seam when they aren't even tight. Find ordering and shop very helpful.

I am a regular and loyal customer. In your Wimbledon branch today I was trying to use the teachers discount, the email would open but due to a poor signal the code would not show. The sales representative said I could show my staff ID but of course I didn’t have it on me on a Saturday. I had hoped she would accept the email and give to benefit of the doubt but no…

I was so very disappointed in the suit Online it looked amazing but when I received it it looked like a cheap material had been used I have bought a lot from your shop and always loved them but as I say was terrible 😢

Sadly, I couldnt even get my foot into these boots, they were quite narrow and no give to pull them on. Within 5 minutes of them arriving i was arrange for a return delivery

The store was ok- the service was nothing amazing but nothing bad. However got home to find that the bag I’d bought that wasn’t exactly cheap, is covered in stitch holes where it hasn’t been fastened together properly and the material has a hole in also. It is extremely poorly made and quite honestly doesn’t look like it will last very long at all. Really disappointing- but live too far away to return it easily.
