Two stars only because the delivery was on time. Very disappointed in the shoes. They arrived with various scratches on them and had clearly been worn or tried on multiple times as the soles showed some discoloration and wear. Needless to say I will not purchase from you in the future.

Initially, great. (By advisor Sophie) Purchasing internationally I remained patient. However after 3 weeks I followed up on the whereabouts hot of my parcel only to be told the courier has lost it and that a replacement was not able to be sen so does a refund ‘work for me?’ - err… no! I’d like the item I bothered to purchase internationally - clearly our hard for a reason! (By advisor Charlotte) - far from great customer service!

Sadly sending replacement orders internationally is a little tricky, compared to our usual process. The free-of-charge new order looks like the parcel is £0 in value, which causes the problem. The high delivery cost and the absolute headache with dealing with Evri for returns. It's 3 days and I'm still waiting for the parcel to be collected. I've asked that I can drop it off now. This has put me off shopping online with Oliver Bonas. It really doesn't have to be this hard to return something especially when we've paid for delivery!

Store experience was great. I bought this in Leamington Spa store and had to return it to Solihull’s new store. Staff were lovely and helpful in both and Solihull ordered me a smaller size to try.

Got my item delivered on time, however had to return it and it took nearly 4 weeks for me to get a refund and I had to send several emails in order to get the refund. Not what I expect form OB.

My error - I did not realise that they were not a matching pair of earrings. However there is a small amount of the gold plate missing from the disc on 1 earring. I took a photo of it to send but you cannot see it in the photo

The necklace was very tangled when it arrived the packaging was not appropriate for a 3 tier necklace it took a lot of unraveling which was not great

Oh my, where to begin?! Ever had such a series of avoidable events that are all too much to recount in one review? To start with, BJS Distribution Ltd needs to be more flexible with delivery slots. If a property cannot be accessed at the allotted time, it simply cannot be accessed. The events that have occurred, and still continue, as a result of BJS trying and failing to make an initial delivery weeks ago have been so ridiculous it would be laughable, had this not taken so much time out of my working days. Suffice to say, I will never again order large items from OB that would require delivery by BJS Distribution Ltd. No matter how much I like the product and no matter how much of an OB fan I am!

Ordered this item as a present & even though I out my full name & address in twice at checkout it somehow altered all my address down to just name , town & postcode & got sent out to deliver like this ! Very poor sending something out with no line of address without e mailing the customer first to tell them this is the case especially when I ordered online & had my email address! Evri just posted it to another person in my town with same surname so had to go through social media to find my parcel !! Not impressed

Overall an ok experience and fast delivery although I wasn’t happy with the product and it’s been a few days since I returned my order and I am still waiting for a refund.
