Lovely gloves but the first time I wore them the wool in both gloves became undone between the thumb and first finger. So disappointing.

Average-poor. Paid for next day delivery for a birthday present, only for the completely wrong item to be sent. In order to get the item I had ordered, I needed to travel to city centre store (40 mins each way) to make the exchange - I was refunded the delivery charge I had paid, however I had expected to be treated better/less like it was my fault for the store's mistake.

I ordered via Chester store who where very helpful, however when I picked up the item the bottom of the pyjamas was not in the delivery. When I then asked for the order to be complete was informed that it was out of stock, really couldn't understand why they should only of supplied the top. Had an email sugesting I kept the top and they would refund 50% so maybe my wife could use with other bottoms, as a Christmas gift not good plan. had to go back to store for full refund.

The website was easy to navigate. However the order has not been delivered even though it was placed on 10/11/24. I had to chase OB who informed me of delivery attempts. This has still not been resolved. You need to liaise with the delivery agent on your customers behalf and notify the customer when there is a problem. It is really disappointing as this was a birthday present for my sister who had her birthday on the 20th Nov.

Experience online and in the store was good. But most of the products purchased looked and felt very cheap in real life, so I did not keep them

The girl who charged my clothes at the cash register was not very friendly and was having a rude attitude to other girls of the staff as well.

Okay but I'm miffed because I had to return one item therefore my £5 discount on the kept item was reduced. This is unfair because it was still too large despite sizing down with no smaller sizes available

The person that served me was lovely. However I bought some earrings (£45). I have worn gold before and have had my ears pierced for 10 years with no problems. However when I tried to put the earrings in, they are much bigger than a usual earring so they make my ears bleed. I’ve never had any issues with Oliver Bonas earrings before but these ones are much bigger. Bit disappointed as that’s lots of money for something I can’t wear.

The online purchasing experience was great. Easy to find the item I wanted and it arrived quickly too. The turtle necklace is very cute. Only problem is that it broke very shortly after the purchase. I don't think the string is very secure and i suddenly found myself in a pool of little beads as the whole thing came apart
