I ordered 2 pairs of earrings from you for birthday present. I pair little pearl cluster and the other pair half-hour with small oblong blue/green stones. On arrival I checked them and found one of the stones in the half-hour earrings es at the bottom of the small plastic bag. I do not know how this happened during transit as the outer packaging g was intact and very secure. As these eari gs were a present and it was close to Christmas shutdown I glued the stone back on to the damaged hoop earring. They were not very expensive but I expected better quality control from Oliver Bonas.

The material was a little bit cheap and the neck too high for me . I think this would suit a tall person , like the model.

A very poor experience charged twice for a dress and felt I had to prove myself. After a fairly long wait I was reimbursed. Expected better.

Unfortunately the product is not suitable, I made the mistake of paying by PayPal - really silly. Last summer I did the same with a faulty table lamp. Four weeks later after many phone calls, despite me having and sending the tracking to show me the item HAD been received at their warehouse, customer service finally agreed to refund me the money. This time I had just kept the item because the same will probably happen. All orders no matter the payment should be refundable in the stores. Brown Thomas Ireland does it, what can’t Oliver Bonas?? Very poor for Irish customers who have paid via PayPal.

I went in to your Bath store on Tuesday 10th Dec. I usually love every experience but was sadly disappointed. I was purchasing a purse and was treated with what can only be described as contempt at the till. I had a discount code which seemed to offend the cashier. On completion of payment she just put the purse on the shelf in front of me. I asked if it would be possible to have a bag which got placed next to the purse on the shelf. I would normally have expected the item to be wrapped in paper, of which there was plenty in front of her and then put in a bag as a basic standard. I believe the issue was that I had pulled her away from a conversation. As I said I shop in Oliver Bonas a lot and have always had a lovely experience. It was such a shame to have this experience.
