I didn't have time to collect my item. As I had paid for it in full, I can't understand why it was sent back. There should be an option to reply and say if you still want it held. I was very disappointed to find this item was no longer in stock, even though you had my frame that was sent back.

I actually never received this dress which I was gutted about it was sent to the wrong address and after calling your customer service no one has ever got back to me about my dress I was so looking forward to wearing 😱 I’m rather dissatisfied with the situation to be honestly

I paid extra for delivery to ensure the item arrived before Christmas day; however, I was disappointed when the item arrived 3 days after Christmas.

Item never arrived. Customer service were polite but ineffective, it took several weeks for the issue to be sorted and very many emails chasing and chasing again. Even when a refund was issued, this was messed up and I had to chase to get some of the money put back on a gift card (they forgot to do this bit). Very poor overall.

Unfortunately these are not the earrings I ordered, the photo of the lady supposedly wearing these earrings makes the earrings look bigger, these are earrings for a second ear piercing. Poor description 😔

Really disappointed with this picture frame. It came marked/dirty and was not high quality. See picture of it just new out of the box. Marked top left and dirty generally.
