“Hi I am very disappointed with my purchase of a mirror yesterday since it is cracked on one corner And also the back stand is loose and therefore it doesn’t stand straight. The price on the mirror showed the price of £49:50 and I was sent a receipt for the same amount but I am charged on my credit card for £50:49 How is that possible ? This is an absolute rubbish customer care and I am astonished that I have been treated so. Merry Christmas .”

“I ordered gold shoes that were in the sale and they sent me same shoes in black. The gold size had then sold out by the time I called Oliver Bonus to say that the wrong shoes were delivered.”

“So disappointed with my order it had a hole. But unfortunately I couldn’t return as I was out of country and had no time to return it . It is an extra work in our busy lives. They should not even send it if it is faulty. Will not order again. I used to be a fun of the scarf from Oliver Bonas.”

“Love Oliver Bonas but by Zara Grey & Pink Thin Gemstone Headband was not delivered. I have checked all my deliveries from OB (all are Christmas gifts for friends) and I can't find the headband.”

“This skirt was awful. Bought a size 16 online but it was huge . The stitching was also coming loose and there was a stain on it . Disappointed. Returned swiftly to my local store who dealt with it efficiently.”

“I would say this is meant for a rather noisy household, it gives off a really loud noise when you turn it on which is far from relaxing. I am also finding I have the top this up with water hourly so wouldn’t recommend personally. I would recommend spending slight more money on a higher quality product.”
