“Item never arrived. Customer service were polite but ineffective, it took several weeks for the issue to be sorted and very many emails chasing and chasing again. Even when a refund was issued, this was messed up and I had to chase to get some of the money put back on a gift card (they forgot to do this bit). Very poor overall.”

“Unfortunately these are not the earrings I ordered, the photo of the lady supposedly wearing these earrings makes the earrings look bigger, these are earrings for a second ear piercing. Poor description 😔”
