Ordered the metallic maxi skirt , it took two weeks to arrive in store . When I opened the package no skirt a red jumper instead! Staff were brilliant in the store and reordered the skirt again. Two weeks later no skirt went into the store to ask if it had been dispatched told it was collected! After staff phoned customer services , I was informed there had been a misunderstanding and the skirt is no longer available. I had to pay for two delivery costs . I was offered a full refund . Staff in store were so kind and apologetic. I will never order from the website again!!!

At the store on Chiswick High Road, I received excellent customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and highly professional. When I contacted customer service by phone, they were also kind and friendly. However, I ordered a size 10 vest through the store. I received a confirmation email for my order and later an email stating it had been dispatched. After that, I heard nothing. I had to visit the store twice and call customer service before being told that my order must have been lost. By then, the size 10 was out of stock, and I had to settle for a size 12. While it’s not my ideal fit, I couldn’t find anything else I preferred in the store. In the end, the experience was disappointing. To make matters worse, OB flooded my email inbox with promotional emails almost daily until I finally unsubscribed.

Not very good. Ordered the bag, bag wasnt delievered and I had to chase it up twice to get a refund. Not happy

Online - my necklace arrived like this and took me well over twenty minutes to untangle. It looks nice when first put in on but it “knots” all day so the two circles do not keep apart and looks nothing like the photo advertised. Would not recommend this

Ordered this lamp, it did not arrive. Ordered it for a second time next day delivery - over a week later, still waiting on a delivery and now it has sold out on line. Very disappointing service from Oliver Bonas.

I ordered these shoes. They got lost in the post. The delay in responding was disappointing. In the end shoes disappeared and OB couldn’t honour the order so I had to get a refund.

Easy to use website but unfortunately one of the glasses was smashed. Oliver Bonas very kindly ordered me another set but again the stem of one of the glasses was broken.

I didn't have time to collect my item. As I had paid for it in full, I can't understand why it was sent back. There should be an option to reply and say if you still want it held. I was very disappointed to find this item was no longer in stock, even though you had my frame that was sent back.

I actually never received this dress which I was gutted about it was sent to the wrong address and after calling your customer service no one has ever got back to me about my dress I was so looking forward to wearing 😱 I’m rather dissatisfied with the situation to be honestly
