“The courier lost the parcel and the item ordered was then out of stock so I never received the goods, sadly, which were going to be a gift for Christmas.”

“I have tried to find out how to return a bangle i got my mother for christmas as it was too small. There are no clear instructions on your website. I have contacted customer services for help and have not recieved a reply. I hope that i recieve help before my return dead line has passed.”

“Lady in store was professional and friendly Arrived in heavy package. 2 men lifted chair out of box. The velvet material was puckered . 2 X large rubbed patches. Large Indented marks. This was observed/photos before men left. The Return of chair was a total NIGHTMARE! Waiting for 3 hour slots 3 X times in 2 weeks.”

“We visited you store in Bath Beautiful shop with a great selection. Sadly two of your staff let this shop down. No customer service at all Only conversation was to ask “do you want a bag” other than that they stood talking to each other about their night out. Very rude and unprofessional.”
