“We visited you store in Bath Beautiful shop with a great selection. Sadly two of your staff let this shop down. No customer service at all Only conversation was to ask “do you want a bag” other than that they stood talking to each other about their night out. Very rude and unprofessional.”

“Terrible. I spent ages browsing and adding to my basket, then the delivery never turned up. When flagged with OB they said the parcel had been ‘lost’ and the items are out of stock so had to issue a refund. Now having to do last minute Christmas shopping, so thanks for that stress.”

“Hi I am very disappointed with my purchase of a mirror yesterday since it is cracked on one corner And also the back stand is loose and therefore it doesn’t stand straight. The price on the mirror showed the price of £49:50 and I was sent a receipt for the same amount but I am charged on my credit card for £50:49 How is that possible ? This is an absolute rubbish customer care and I am astonished that I have been treated so. Merry Christmas .”

“I ordered gold shoes that were in the sale and they sent me same shoes in black. The gold size had then sold out by the time I called Oliver Bonus to say that the wrong shoes were delivered.”

“So disappointed with my order it had a hole. But unfortunately I couldn’t return as I was out of country and had no time to return it . It is an extra work in our busy lives. They should not even send it if it is faulty. Will not order again. I used to be a fun of the scarf from Oliver Bonas.”
