A great puzzle! Really tested our knowledge of London. However on finishing there were 2 pieces missing! Disaster.

The jigsaw was indeen a puzzle as the cover image on the tube was for a much smaller area of the map of New York and Paris than the actual puzzle itself! May be the manufacturer forgot to include a paper image in the tube itself? This is the first time I have had to make a jigsaw without the image!! Very strange.

My ‘champagne glasses’ arrived promptly and in good condition but I was shocked at how big they were. Honestly more suitable for Belgien beer or a gin and tonic. Who want a warm pint of champagne. That was a disappointing first buy. Returning was easy though.

Too many pieces fit in too many places. It is too large for most households to put anywhere. Thought I had ordered 1000 not 2000. Poor quality pieces, some coming away from the backing. No recommended.

The dress I received is not black it's an ugly grey colour. The fabric also has a weird texture. Very heavy - not suitable for summer. I don't like it at all.

Really disappointing... bought this recently ready for my new house when I move... was super excited to open it to only find it is marked and scratched. Really not happy considering the price pre sale. Shall be contacting them to return.

Hi , I received the puzzle but sent you an email to say two pieces were missing and had no response . It was such a shame as I loved the Little Feminists theme of the puzzle but ended up rather disappointed at the inability to complete the puzzle . Regards S Rowen -Jones

Both the earrings and necklace were miniscule and was virtually impossible to close the clasp on the necklace

The woman who served me today was being incredibly racist, her treatment of white customers over me was very apparent. She clicked to call me over to the till, made me show her ID in order to return something, whilst the woman next to me returning something also was not asked for any sort of ID. I don't think I will visit the St Pancras store again. This racism is tiring and disgusting..

Item was broken during delivery and automatically returned to sender, item was then out of stock. Was buying for a gift so a bit disappointing. However customer service team were good at sorting refund quickly.

Paid extra for it to be nicely boxed and wrapped. Came smashed, refund given with no more in stock to re send. Left with no present for my partner for Valentine’s with short notice. Customer service were pleasant and refund given promptly
