No confirmation email came through after order. My order didnt show in the logged in area of the site, under My Orders. Although my bank account had been debited, no confirmation or trace of the order made me unsure and anxious if it had gone through. I emailed Oliver Bonas but response was to be expected "within 7 days" - that's a long time. Eventually someone came back to me, after the my order had been delivered. If your system is not working properly, at least ensure your customer service can deal with the issues in a timely manner. The order was a mirror and arrived with black spots on the glass and some minor defects on the frame - not worth the hassle of returning, but very disappointed.

Great card, really expensive delivery and took a week to detach, came in a big box, an envelope would have been great. Love your cards but not good value for money with the delivery. Daren't tell my Mum, how much it cost, she would kill me, was buying it for her as she is 84 and self isolating.

The image of the earrings online is completely different as to what arrived. The size is much smaller than appeared online.

The online ordering is not easy, especially when trying to apply discounts! Emailed customer service over a week ago and still haven’t received a reply. Was disappointed with the quality of the bag, it looks amazing in the picture, but the chain and clasp looked “cheap” in real life. It won’t put me off as I have lots of stuff purchased in store which I love. But maybe I’ll stick to shopping in store.

Unfortunately this mug was broken when it arrived and it was actually a blue colour and not like the colour in the picture at all. I emailed and didn't receive a response which is disappointing.

Unfortunately the rollerball was broken on delivery. I have submitted an email regarding this to arrange for either a replacement or a refund but I have not yet received a response from OB. I still intent to purchase the item and hope it is not broken next time.

The cheese board arrived totally cracked down the middle (not necessarily your fault but wasn’t very well protected), I send an email on Thursday and am yet to receive a reply which is a little disappointing

I would have loved to be able to review this dress but it never arrived... when I contacted you to try and get another one sent out I was informed it was out stock. Although I understand things are difficult at the moment and this is more a review of the particular situation I encountered rather than the quality of the clothing, this experience would make me think twice about ordering online from here again

Sadly one of the glasses had a flaw in the glass and had to be returned. They were ordered for a birthday present, so I had to organise something else. I have requested that Oliver Bonas refund the delivery charge I had to pay as well as the cost of the glasses. I was disappointed but depending on their refund, this should not deter me from ordering from them in the future.
