Very fine and not very well detailed for the price. But no stars at all for the packaging that it was sent in. I got it and there was so little protection in the box for the item that it was hanging out of the box - out of the slit made when the card box flaps are folded that I’m lucky it arrived at all. Very poor all round. I will not be ordering from Oliver Bonas again!

Ordered two necklaces, one was good but the second very disappointing. Also ordered a gift box for one but this was a bulky cardboard box, not at all what I was hoping for.

Although the mugs arrived quickly, the packaging was inadequate and 3 out of 4 of the mugs broke. Despite emailing and requesting a replacement, I have yet to receive a response. This is a bit disappointing, as it was a gift and I have never had a problem with Oliver Bonas before or the quality of their items/packaging (however this is the first time I ordered online).

The lid is completely different to image (It's a different tone of blue that doesn't match with basket colour). I've sent an email regarding this and I am yet to receive a response.

I was very disappointed that the item I ordered arrived damaged. When I tried to notify OB of this and arrange a replacement ( it was a birthday present for my daughter) I was shocked that I couldn’t expect a response for 7 days. I realise that this is a challenging time For retail but feel that 7 days is unacceptable.

I have written to customer services. The packaging of the items within my parcel were insufficient which then damaged the box lid of the hand cream set. As this was a present I was upset that I had to give it in a damaged state. I have requested you contact me regarding this.

Poor! The puzzle is excellent quality but the jigsaw does not match the picture on the box, which only shows about 50% of the puzzle. Therefore it is incredibly difficult to finish unless you know London extremely well without a point of reference. I'd suggest the addition of a insert showing the whole map
