OB were very helpful in dealing with my order queries and were quick to reply. Delivery through Hermes was terrible however - they missed the allocated delivery time twice and the third attempt to deliver the item (which was damaged) said they couldn't find my house. OB had to arrange delivery through Royal Mail

One of the glasses was cracked. I sent them back for a replacement. I never received it. The replacement was returned to warehouse before I had a chance to collect it- after two days.

I had to buy a replacement as the first one lost its colour when I washed it. Fingers crossed it doesn’t happen to the second blouse that I purchased.

The service was very friendly and it's a lovely shop BUT now that I have the receipt I see that what I bought is listed as a set of two baskets. I received one. They were not stacked as a pair. Have I paid for two and only got one? If it was not for this possible error I would have given a star for very good

Lovey Bedspread, shame the price went up dramatically from when it was first advertised and sold out very quickly.

I recently bought a plant pot online from Oliver Bonas, much to my horror when it arrived it was smashed. However I was not surprised when I looked and this pot had just been placed in a big box with absolutely no protection at all! Lack of care for what people had bought, up until then my experiences of Oliver bonas had all been positive however this made me rethink!

Don't buy earrings at this shop. They won't let you return them even if you can't try them. I could not open the clip to remove the earring from the card so returned as faulty this morning but despite speaking to the manager, a refund was refused. Not pleased.

I wasn’t very pleased when I ordered this lovely dress as I ordered a size 6 in store and pre paid. However over a week went by without letting me know the dress was actually out of stock ! So I only found out when I called .. in the end it was resolved but I was slightly disappointed with the lack of communication.

Husband bought me these for Christmas. Put them on for going to Christmas Dinner. Lost 1st earring within an hour & 2nd was lost before the end of the meal. Gutted - I felt terrible losing a gift so soon after it being given. Had the earrings come with 'butterflies' they would have stayed on. I ordered another pair & pretended to husband that I had found the original pair. To be honest I wish I hadn't bothered. To keep them on it is necessary to squeeze the posts hard against the ears which means they don't sit properly as creepers and are quite uncomfortable. Between us we paid £51.90 inc postage for a pretty mediocre pair of earrings. Wouldn't recommend buying them.

I ordered this in a size 10 and received a 12 then had it exchanged but felt it was poor quality so returned it. I like a lot of other items but am afraid that they also will be poor quality
