Unfortunately one of the three bowls was broken - as it was a Xmas pressie too late to send back so had to re-package it with just the two 😞

Oliver Bonas have tried to deal with the problem of this teapot being repeatedly faulty but have failed to send one that is satisfactory - something which shouldn't be too hard to do I wouldn't have thought but it doesn't seem they have any quality control.

The bowl arrived chipped. I hope to be able to exchange it. The packaging was certainly not sufficient to protect something like the chip and dip bowl.

Service was ok but the cashier removed the price sticker poorly which left have the sticker attached and loads of residue. Didn’t look great when giving the product as a gift to someone.

I don’t understand why a gift receipt isn’t classed as proof of purchase and a refund can’t be given, only a credit note. The whole point of a gift receipt isthat it is proof of purchase

Very disappointed that this tiny gift card arrived in an unnecessarily large box by courier. Wouldn't go through letter-box. Surely an envelope in the post would be more environmentally sensible?

My order was sent in two separate parcels. One parcel didn’t arrive, but customer services were great and sent another straight away. However, the necklace arrived broken which I only discovered when gifting it on Christmas Day.

I ordered three small items from you and I was disappointed to see they were delivered in a huge box, way too big for what had been sent This was completely unnecessary and the amount of packing that was needed was also ridiculous. The box had also been partially opened which is incredibly poor. People shouldn't be opening my packages, even partially. I'm sad to say I think it's highly unlikely that I'll be ordering from you again

The earrings were smaller and of a poorer quality than anticipated. Plus it was strongly suggested that I'd need an OB box. Stupidly I thought it would for my purchase. It was far too big and left me feeling cheated.
