Lovely quality material but the purse is small in comparison To previous Oliver b purses. The centre of the purse exposes your cards and the purse contents too much

Really poor. One of the links was already broken and this had to be fixed before it could be warn. Probably wont be buying gifts from here again

Straightforward order and delivery. I had to return one item and it took a long time before I heard anything about if it a new one will be sent. And still now it’s not clear.

Gift box delayed my order because OB had run out of stock (I was only notified after order had been placed). Item itself was small but the gift box was huge and not appropriate for the gift. Would not recommend.

Really disappointed. The candle barely makes an impact on our medium sized room. Won't buy again.

Really poor quality - picture is pixelated, the frame is flimsy mdf and cheap plastic . Frame arrived cracked and broken ! I had to send it back. Not worth the money at all! I wouldn’t even pay £50 for this. Very surprised OB Selling this. OB apologised and refunded and it was collected from my home.

Incredibly disappointed with Oliver Bonas!! The first two arrived not properly packaged and damaged! The third one is in better condition but still not perfect! Although they resent new ones quickly, I expected far better treatment from them and quality!

Earing was broken so couldn’t wear them but hot a full refund after sending photo of same ... really good customer service
