The website was great however I ordered an item and the wrong colour was sent. I contacted Customer Service who sent out a replacment. However when this arrived it was still the wrong colour. I have returned both items and still waiting for a refund. It’s a pity as the item was lovely.

Item didn’t fit, went to Southampton store to return, told the system was down would have to post back. Returned 3 weeks ago, still no refund or correspondence. Poor service

Shoes fit and I am happy with them. Oliver Bonas were badly let down by their choice of courier- Evri. Package was delayed with no further communication from Evri. I was left uncertain whether the delivery had been lost and had started contact with Oliver Bonas/ ordered shoes from another company when they finally turned up. I then had to return these. All in all a bit of a hassle. Evri have consistently let me down and I would be put off from using Oliver Bonas knowing Evri is their courier.

The dress I ordered was faulty. So I can’t really leave a great review. I know things happen and it hasn’t put me off ordering again. My refund was prompt that’s all I can add.

I ordered size 18 and was sent a size 6. So disappointed as wanted to wear the weekend they arrived. They must have a checking system? Weekend ruined as everything purchased to work with trousers.

when you know you are not going to get more stock of an item do you not say so instead of the Email me when back in stock. Buggers people about who are waiting for something you know you know you are not going to supply

I purchased a bag online and it ripped when I went out with it for the very first time. I’m very disappointed with the quality. I expected better quality from a brand like Oliver Bonas. I sent an email and they’ve asked me for a picture with the option to either return it or refund it. I would definitely be getting it refunded. Not pleased at all.

Sadly very poor customer service chasing up an Evri delviery that never arrived. i was asked to chase up Evri myself and then when they admitted liability, I was then put through a long process contacting Oliver Bonas again and hav ing to fill in more paperwork to claim a refund. The process was incredibly time consuming and frustrating. I had similar issues with an M and S delviery that did not arrive with Evri recently and their customer service was much better.

Bought for friend’s 50th. Clasp didn’t work. She is sending them back which is inconvenient and frustrating as they were a gift.

The dress was in a right state screwed up in a ball and split at seems a real shame as when I seen it in the shop it looked lovely will not order on line again

First time ordering from Oliver bonas and had to return item as it broke on the first time of using it. Return was easy enough but response from customer service was not quick or particularly helpful.

Bad. I paid for next day delivery. I had a wedding and was going on holiday. Parcel arrived too late. I ordered on the Friday and it never arrived till the Monday. I was already on holiday.

Absolutely terrible.... Order wasn't delivered to my address and then took over 3 weeks to get a refund and I had to chase up with at least 10 emails ....NOT Happy... Will never order from them again !!

Unimpressed with the 10 day wait for online refund from Oliver Bonas. Took them 5 days to process item and now it's 9 days and refund not in bank!! Customer service don't care and just say takes 10 days for refund. Unprofessional service. Anywhere else does not take 10 days for a refund!! Unimpressed, don't buy on line items from Oliver Bonas. Been shopping at Oliver Bonas for 10 years, makes me think I should shop elsewhere.when you talk to custimer service, not friendly, more like a machine!! 10 days for refund is bad customer service and 5 days my item sat waiting to be processed, lazy staff !!
