Unfortunately none of these items ever reached me as they were sent via Evri who are useless in our rural area and the parcel was lost, no communication from courier. Oliver Bonas customer service was very good but in the end I wasted ages in emails without successfully purchasing these items. I would please ask companies to avoid using Evri , terrible service and let your reputation down . As we say around here EVRI = NEVRI SEE IT

Picture number one arrived very dented, not even straight!! So I called OB to get a replacement and was told I’d have to reorder the replacement and pay for another and organise my own returns! Picture number two arrived with one dent, I’ve kept it as I really couldn’t be bothered to try to send it back and reorder another, also at this point I’d paid for 2 and was still waiting a refund! First time I’ve ordered from OB so unimpressed! Costumer service is extremely poor!

In the store when I went to return the jumpsuit the girl who served me was extremely rude and even though I had all the emails she said I needed a paper receipt . She caused a real fuss and I asked for the manager who came and refunded it no problem . The original girl was argumentative and really didn’t want to help me

I really like the jewelery designs but they are all very bad quality. Most of the necklaces and earings I bought either broken so quickly or got rusted. I went to Oliver Bonas Muswell Hill and Crouch End branch to get some advice how to fix the jewelleries, however they were both very unhelpful, especially the guy in Muswell Hill branch said to me to go to other branches although I bought a few things from their shop. Since then I don't even walk in any Oliver Banas shops which used to be my favorite.

I was sent the wrong size & the item is now out of stock I am very disappointed. My daughter decided to buy it off me otherwise would have had to pay for the return too. It’s my 3rd problem with O.B. getting a bit tired of this feel it’s not worth it to shop here.

I didn’t receive the glasses I ordered. I wasn’t charged for them but was left disappointed. I did get the scarf that was on sale but I only bought that to make up the order and get free postage.

Ordered it and waited then didn’t receive it, it looks lovely and was perfect for my space. Such a shame . I was refunded only once I’d contacted them myself after two weeks.

I didn't receive this necklace there were issues with the delivery I was too several times it was Evri but I thought they could send it another way, but I ended up with a full refund and must say I was very disappointed with the service.
