“Unfortunately, Oliver Bonas’ courier, Evri, lost my parcel. The customer service team is very good but it is frustrating that Evri has recently lost several of my orders from Oliver Bonas. They’ve refunded me but some of the items are now out of stock. It’s taken up a lot of my time and I don’t have my order.”

“Very quick to reply to my emails. At first, I couldn’t order the mirror to Scotland but after emailing they sorted it. So happy with the mirror - it sits on the wall at the top of my stairs.”

“Website purchase. Arrived 4-weeks late. And mug was broken. EVRI could clearly know it was, and delivered anyway. Obviously you can’t call and speak to anyone so you’re driven to put a 1-star rating up instead.”
