“Always excellent service on line and in store with very friendly helpful staff who behave as allies and pals ! I shop at three Oliver Bonas stores ; Edinburgh, Morpeth and Newcastle. The fashion is unique and certainly not of the High Street. The quality of the goods is of a very high standard. This is my Favourite Store. Why would I shop anywhere else! Would you like to employ me as a mystery shopper providing feedback ?”

“The cardigan was lovely but too big for me so had to return it. The return process was impossible every way I tried it didn't work. Had to pay postage to return the item. Too much stress and time wasting trying to return item for me. I won't be shopping with you again.”
