“I visited the York shop where I asked about the bedside tables. The girl was very helpful and as I don't have a car I was able to look up the bedside tables online. I was able to purchase one that had the right measurements for my space. The item was very well packed, good quality and beautifully made.”

“Unfortunately, Oliver Bonas’ courier, Evri, lost my parcel. The customer service team is very good but it is frustrating that Evri has recently lost several of my orders from Oliver Bonas. They’ve refunded me but some of the items are now out of stock. It’s taken up a lot of my time and I don’t have my order.”
