“I always have a wonderful experience when shopping with Oliver Bonas. Customer service is always excellent. Friendly, professional and and always helful. The website is easy to navigate around and it is updated regularly. I was looking for my size which initially had sold out, but due to regular updating of stock I kept checking and it paid off as I was able to nab a pair as they soon became available again on the website. I was so pleased as I thought i had missed the opportunity to buy them. Thank you Oliver Bonas!”

“Store was busy but well staffed (around five people serving). When I reached the till I assumed my items were being gift-wrapped, as other customers were being offered this, but mine were simply placed in a bag. The staff member appeared to be rushing and immediately asked their manager if they could go on break, which made the interaction feel quite abrupt. As a result, I had to re-queue and ask another colleague to wrap the items. That colleague wrapped for me, but the experience felt inconsistent compared with how other customers were served. I left feeling very annoyed!”
