“Actually I found all of the staff I interacted with top notch. Holly in Customer Services was absolutely terrific. I bought 5 bracelets, all the same, they look expensive and have just the right amount of sparkle! Ideal Christmas or Birthday present. Evri the delivery company were disgraceful, stating that they were unable to deliver the parcel.. even though it actually fit through my letter box. Holly eventually used Royal Mail to complete my purchase. I am delighted with Holly! She was excellent”
