“Had no problem ordering my items online or collecting them at my local store. However, I'm unhappy to pay for click and collect when many retailers offer this as a free service whatever the cost of the order, hence the three star rating.”

“Store looked lovely as always. Nice selection of sale items that were clearly marked. Unfortunately the lady serving me on the till was very unfriendly and I felt like an inconvenience to her buying something. She was chatting to her colleague and clearly would rather carry on talking to her rather than serve me for one minute. Felt very uncomfortable which is a shame as not had this kind of service before here.”

“Mixed experience - product that I wanted was out of stock for months, a staff member at Leamington Spa store was very helpful in trying to locate a product with no success, but then advised to keep trying the website as any returns would be made available, so with less than a week until Xmas I got lucky and found what I wanted was available (one only).”

“In store you didn’t have my size but an assistant ordered online that was all good but I changed my mind & didn’t collect the item yet you have asked me to review the item? I wasn’t sent a text or email to say you were refunding me when I didn’t collect - was I refunded?”
