“I am a bit of a second class citizen at Oliver Bonas. Clearly, my profession and job isn’t virtuous and valuable enough for Oliver Bonas. Oliver Bonas products are discounted for certain people (more like, subsidized by other customers in the wrong profession). I’m in the subsidizer category. Nevertheless, happy with the quality of the product, just not with the price discrimination.”

“The only problem was OB doesn’t provide gift receipts through online store. And once I wanted to sort it out in the store, people were very kind however they told me that they could only help me by letting me return the item and sell it back again. During this process I would have had to wait for 3-5 days to receive the refund. So OB is not an ideal place to do online shopping for gifts.”

“Ordered this item , it arrived broken at the connecting stem. They kindly sent a replacement - arrived broken exactly the same place. Clearly the product is not reinforced enough for shipping - by all means buy it in person, but do not order.”

“Website experience was easy enough. However, delivery was an issue, with the item supoosed to be delivered on the 26/12, but finally arriving on 08/01. I contacted customer service, and they were sympathetic but ultimately of no help.”

“I love Oliver Bonas, but these bowls did not look as advertised, although they are lovely. I ordered 3 times as so many were smashed each time they were delivered. Customer service were good though and refunded me promptly as well as compensating me with a £10 voucher.”

“Shopping experience was good, value for money I consider was poor. Having spent £50 on some tiny jewellery and an earthenware mug I was disappointed, though of course the recipient was delighted. For myself I would be unlikely to shop with you again.”
