Package arrive one earring short and the colours of two of the pairs did not match. Surprised they were actually packed for delivery.

This skirt was awful. Bought a size 16 online but it was huge . The stitching was also coming loose and there was a stain on it . Disappointed. Returned swiftly to my local store who dealt with it efficiently.

I bought one birthday card for £5.50. Receipt to email. When I got my train, I could see I was charged for 2 cards!! Very disappointed.

I would say this is meant for a rather noisy household, it gives off a really loud noise when you turn it on which is far from relaxing. I am also finding I have the top this up with water hourly so wouldn’t recommend personally. I would recommend spending slight more money on a higher quality product.

I went to the store to buy a dress for my graduation. One of the staff member was over protective. I ask her about the changing room she took the dress that was on my hand and take to the changing room. Asking me what size I wear in front of all these people. She ask me am I talking the right size? I feel a bit wired about her attitude. When I came out from changing room; she was standing outside and took back the dress again from my hand and told me am I going to buy? Reaping same questions again in front of all these people. I felt it was bit too much. I did like the dress but didn’t want to buy it because of her attitude. I do understand they might have to handle with difficult customer: such as some people check the clothes not buying. But I am not that kind of person who do that. I don’t have time to check all these store and try the clothes. If I like that clothes then I make sure it fix me and I will buy it. That’s why the way she talk to me and her attitude really hard me. Ruin my day. Please, don’t be so judgmental just because of their appearance. This feedback is nothing bad against anyone but make sure you reflect back your attitude and your communication skills please.

Terrible I ordered these trainers online on October 4th for a wedding on October 12th and have still not received them. I have contacted Evri, Oliver Bonas customer service & today Oliver Bonas. Still Waiting for an update. Extremely poor customer service no trainers and no refund . I am chasing this daily with no response !
