The hat is nice but I’m highly disappointed with the package! They just squeezed it in a tiny box and it lost its shape! The worst thing is that I can’t return it as got it just before my holidays. When I’m back it will be too late. Very upset with that and I feel I should be compensated.

Crushed is the right word. The skirt is a gorgeous green, but looked like a rag when I arrived. Sadly I had to send back.

Looks lovely, but the basic key to a teapot is a nice smooth pour, and this doesn't the spout is bumpy and splurges tea out, which is such a shame I had to send it back. More like factory seconds.

I have returned this dress as fabric not what I was expecting, I was hoping it was going to be a more flowing, fluid dress, it is more a Bodycon fit.

Although the pot is a lovely colour, it arrived smashed, as it had not been wrapped separately to the plate and there was no additional padding or wrapping in the box. Very disappointing and have had no response from customer service.

Still haven't received item! Parcel left outside by delivery company and has been taken before we ariver home.Reported it to Oliver Bonas but as of yet no reply! Have since found cheaper item but require refund or credit note from Oliver Bonas

The chain is very pretty - very pleased. The gift box is extremely disappointing especially as this is a leaving gift for a valued colleague. Greasy finger prints which someone has tried to rub out, damaging the box. Have asked for a replacement, but to not avail. A shame - has put me off purchasing another gift from OB

One of the dresses I ordered had the button on the back missing and I had to send it back as it was faulty. Also had to send the other garment back as could see my underwear under the dress. Still waiting for my refund.

Bird bookends arrived quickly, but one was dull and scratched - it looked old and used, so I have returned them for a refund. A shame because they are a very nice design.

Disappointed you use Hermes for delivery, this one happened to turn up fine, but it created a lot of angst while waiting and dreading the hassle of missing the birthday I'd planned it for and having to deal with ceramics being broken, felt insulted, it shows the value you place on your customers. Redefined my perception of your brand entirely from fancy shopping centre store with beautiful ethical things I love to overpriced Primark. Appreciate the use of cleverly cut degradable paper instead of single use plastic.

Disappointed in the packaging for such a delicate piece of jewellery it took almost an hour to untangle the necklace after is was randomly put into an envelope type package. The gift box too was a disappointment being far too large for the item which was lost in the awful paper packaging. As this was a gift felt the cost of the item was badly let down.

Disappointed with earrings and returned item. They looked higher quality online that they did when they arrived. Very small and cheap looking. The circles looked like brushed effect in the photo but plain and shiny in real life.
