Unfortunately I was disappointed not by Oliver Bonas but their carrier of choice Hermes who, kept me in touch via email with regard to changes in delivery, but then proceeded to delivery the voucher to the wrong address even though their email stated it had been delivered to the right address. This resulted in not being able to pass it on to the intended party - not good.

The machine I received was visibly dirty particularly in the component part where the pasta rolls through, and appeared rusty. I would only expect this after use but not fresh out the box.

I only received earring. I emailed customer support on Friday 19th June, but have not yet had a response.

Check the dimensions, these are much smaller than the pictures suggests. I am returning mine.

Camila Pink & Gold Ceramic Noodle Bowl Arrived cracked in 2 pieces. I emailed the customer service team to inform them of the same and for guidance, didn't receive any reply to date. Disappointed.

Pretty disappointed, assumed the photo of bulbs with that stands included them .... rightly or wrongly I think it could be made more clear. Equally when I looked I can’t get the base it has in the photo in a dark or grey colour. Kinda ruined the present tbh so now building something to use it in with our outdoor bbq area.

I ordered an 18...it’s a small 18, would need to leave buttons open & wear a vest underneath it. Unfortunately being returned. Great material, and quality, colour/pattern.

Ordered glasses, arrived scratched and with no case. Luckily on contacting customer services they are now sending me a case. Second time I have ordered glasses and there has been an issue, first pair I ordered were also scratched.

I love Oliver Bonas products and 9/10 usually arrive and I’m happy with them. Very disappointed to receive my products smashed to pieces on arrival. Further to this I’d paid next day delivery but when I got an e mail response a few days later it took them a further 2 days to even dispatch. Not the service I’d expect from a trader of good quality products. Sorry OB but I’m pretty disappointed
