Lovely shape but the fit was too baggy for me and the colour was not as depicted. The stitching in the panels itched when I tried it on. Pity as I really liked it and the pockets in particular.

I like OB but this time it fell short with the customer experience. I ordered something for click and collect and was told I wouldn't hear anything until it arrived in store. In short I didn't and over a week later went in to enquire. It was there and was told the scanning system was down...so what would have happened if I hadn't checked? I looked for help online and didn't find anything helpful either and the chat bot was pretty useless!

bought as a gift, the bracelet appears very fragile and the metal discs are smaller than my little fingernail. Needs more description on website, as seems most suitable for a child rather than an adult.

Already reviewed my gin glasses - which were beautiful. But OB does not tell you reviewing is a waste of time if you don’t have Instagram - no prise draw entry!!

I cant tell you how upset I am, having found this dress and ordered it in the sale and receiving notification that it had been desoatched through HERMES , it never arrived. Apparently lost at the Hermes Depot, none left in stock so have been refunded. Polite emails from staff and quick refund however

I ordered these lovely sunglasses as a gift to send to Australia. I was very disappointed to find they had no hard case included with the purchase as advertised in the photos. Very disappointed

Unfortunately this is not for me. I normally love Oliver Bonas clothes but this jersey material doesn't suit me as it clings to my bust and then flares out in an A line shape and is terribly unflattering. Sadly, I shall be returning it.

While the size and style of the mirror is lovely the craftsmanship is very poor. Where the chain has been welded on to the mirror it's very messy and has been covered up with gold paint that doesn't match the rest of the border, which is very visible. Unfortunately I will be sending back.

Some of the products in my order were gifts for my mum's birthday and although I paid for next day delivery, the order arrived two days later than expected. I emailed customer service and they apologised and refunded the £2 of the next day delivery service but that didn't solve the issue.

Although the earring looked nice they are SO difficult to actually put on. As trying to get them to join together when through the ear is very challenging so I returned them.
