Skirt arrived folded up in very small bag. So small all the pleats were creased badly and looked awful. Ordered the size 12 which was massive. Liked this skirt but too big. OB would ask that skirt is sent out in different way - packaging inappropriate.

Really nice designs but very large fitting which is a shame. I had to tie knots in both sides to keep on my face

The fabric is lovely but the fit isn’t great, they are baggy at sides, trying to work out how I can use them without fiddling with them. Shame as they are well made.

I always love the jewelry selection at Oliver Bonas but I was a bit disappointed with how much plastic packaging my delivery came in. I also hope that their products became more ethical and sustainable in future.

I like the fabric but the cut and style is just way too big for my face. Was planning to wear one to my haircut but i’ll have to get the sewing kit out. Not very happy because these are quite expensive compared to others i’ve seen that are actually practical. I chose these because they weren’t boring looking. This is definitely a case of looks nice but isn’t practical

The bangle was bent out of shape and the gift box I ordered was more for a large mug rather than a piece of jewellery!

Not worth the money and not great for gifting. Only able to select some items in basket for gift box - not the one that I had wanted/all. No opportunity to hide price for gift either. Completed process multiple times to try to keep the ‘gift’ option and hide price but unable to do so. Won’t be my go to gift place in future which is a shame because it’s a great gifting shop.

Sorry OB but having received first replacement chair for the original ‘marked’ one to find the replacement in a worse state that the first ; then the subsequent email discussion that went round and around - to then an agreement that a further chair will be sent out - with the assurance from the furniture department that it will be brand new etc etc I hold my breath - and it all started with 2 separate deliveries of the 2 chairs that we originally ordered - no one quite knows why they were delivered with 5 says interval. Still quite relaxed about it and bottom line - a lovely chair

Very attractive to look at but a poor pourer, it spills over the table. There is not enough room to put all your fingers in the handle and it feels unbalanced when picked up. So disappointing really.

I returned these earrings as when they arrived they were much smaller than I had anticipated. I did not see any size indication on the item when ordering and therefore they looked bigger than they actually were. I feel a size indication would be very helpful.

Poor service- Hermes delivered to a neighbour without leaving us a slip. I wrote to Oliver Bonas and you took days to reply. By which time the neighbor had dropped it round because they were sick looking at it in their hallway! This was an expensive item that went lost and Hermes and yourself were slow to assist or communicate

I had a nightmare with delivery, the courier company said it had been left in my postbox but I did not receive it. When I contacted Oliver Bonas it was dealt with efficiently with a new necklace being sent out via Royal Mail and was received the next day. The last time I made an online purchase via courier the item arrived damaged. Both experiences have made me reconsider if I would use Oliver Bonas online again.
