One of the two items arrived broken so sent email to ask whether it should be sent back and whether you wanted photo evidence and 4 days later I’m still yet to receive a reply. Disappointing

This is a review on trying to get hold of them! Emails bounced back twice and phone line only open for a small amount of time. Didn't want to leave a poor review before speaking to someone and getting it sorted...but I can't get hold of anyone 😔

Can't review what I didn't receive. Order the yellow plant pots twice and both times, wrong colour was sent.

Very disappointed to be asked to write a review on a product I haven’t received. I ordered this quite a while ago and Hermes your transport company keep cancelling the delivery. Not a good start as this is my first OB Order of what was to be many.

The jewellery box was a gift and the young lady I bought it for loved it. However, I paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days for it to be delivered. I have emailed Oliver Bonas but not had a reply.

I ordered 2 items (below) on 29May20. One of them (the bulb) was delivered on 04Jun20 by Hermes. The other (the wall art) has still not be delivered as at 09Jun20 and when I track the item, the same message has been on the Hermes web page since 04Jun20: "We're sorry your parcel has been delayed. We'll have it on the move in the next 24 hours"

I ordered all of the goods on 29 May. It was sent on 1 June. However, it has been processing at Hermes since then. Very poor delivery service. I cannot speak to anyone and OB email service will reply in 5 days. I need my order now as it is for a gift. I will reorder with next day delivery and return this one if it ever arrives. I have never had any complaint with OB before so I am disappointed.

I was really disappointed with this item. Very plastic and clearly looks artificial. I had read reviews which said it looked realistic and thought it would for the price of it but it was so disappointing!

Bought 3 pairs of earrings - lovely styles but on one pair the fasten is SO tight I couldn’t get it out if my ear and the second pair had a loose back on it and it wouldn’t stay on. Not good quality.

Whilst I’m sure the glasses will be lovely, they are yet to arrive. I bought these for a 30th birthday party and left plenty of time for them to arrive (easily the 5days stipulated for Channel Islands delivery in your website) but unfortunately, 10 days later they are still not here. I appreciate that these are challenging times but this is unacceptable. I will contacting customers services imminently. Thank you

Unfortunately, I ordered some earrings and one of them was broken. I can definitely say that I will stick to buying them in-store because they look much better in pictures than in real life.

I received my parcel, which arrived with the packaging secure. However, one item was missing. I have emailed Oliver Bonas twice to inform them of the missing item and requested that the missing item be sent separately or my account refunded. I am very disappointed that I have yet to receive a reply from them. Maybe this review will elicit a response.....?

They didn't arrive, instead I received someone else's completely different order. When I emailed regarding this, I was advised they had sold out.
