“My first order of the three set diffuser did not arrive. After logging into the Hermes tracking it said that I needed to contact OB. After calling them they informed me that the package had been damaged and couldnt be sent. Noone frrom OB had contacted me to let me know and by that point I had already my sister's birthday, which was why I was buying this. The diffuser was re-sent next day delivery and arrived smashed to bits. Third time lucky and the package finally arrived, with the OB box damaged but the diffusers intact!”

“Really tiny discs and very fine chain for the price. In addition I paid an extra £5 for a gift box but the chain was hanging half out and was all tangled up with the box. Had to rip the gift box apart to get to the necklace. Bought for my daughter’s birthday and I could tell she was disappointed.”

“I initially liked these trousers so much I bough 2 pairs- however, the stitching is so poor they both have holes in the seams after only a few days of wear. Pretty ridiculous. A real shame. Puts me off buying from Oliver Bonas again.”

“They are unusable. The little hook that needs to go through your earlobe is so short. Its impossible to get it through your ear before the curved section. Completely useless and impossible to wear”

“I paid £5 for gift wrapping and this consisted of a cardboard coloured sleeve over a box. Hardly gift wrapped. I also emailed on 20/03/21 about this and got no response! Disappointed. If it was not a gift my wife wanted I would be sending it back.”
