Ordered the Kona glass mugs and while they're very cool looking they're wildly unpractical. The circular ring doesn't provide a safe enough grip on the mug. It also cracked within the first couple of days of using it.

I think this dress was made of pure static, which made it unwearable. Not up to OB’s usual standard at all. Returned, sadly.

This looked lovely on the website but just felt cheap and flimsy when they arrived. The quality was really disappointing. There was no "wow".

I paid £5 for gift wrapping and what arrived was a cardboard box with a sleeve. Really not goft wrapping in my view. I complained and was told that I could further buy a small silver gift box for another pound and OB would send the postage free. I did that and the product arrived with no advertised tissue paper or stickers. I complained and was not given a refund. £6 down for nothing really.

I love the item but it arrived with the marble top cracked after the delivery people carelessly chucked it out of their vehicle, and Oliver Bonas could not replace due to a lack of stock. Customer services quickly issued a full refund, but still very disappointing.

Quite nice simple ring but not at all like the picture. The stone is not the blue-ish colour it appears and the ring itself is smaller and a bright silver (it looks a dull silver in the photo) Kept anyway as quite nice and low price, and couldn't be bothered to send it back..would not have bought if seen in shop. More accurate pictures please!

V disappointed with these. V fragile and difficult to close.. Also v difficult to assess without opening plastic wrapping and so cannot return. Am a big fan of Oliver Bonas but won't be buying online again.

My dress arrived with the belt missing. I had two telephone conversations and sent 3 emails asking for the belt to no avail! I returned the dress to the shop as my 28days to return was looming and I didn’t trust customer services to 1. find a belt and 2. Return my money. Very disappointed in Oliver Bonas.

I've sent it back as it had 2% wool in it and I thought it was 100% synthetic - such a shame and so unnecessary. I want to feel comfortable with my clothes; not guilty when wearing them.
